We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Sales/Leasing
Associate to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving commercial property sales and leasing transactions,
building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall
success and growth of our commercial portfolio in Western Australia.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue sales and leasing opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners,investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing is required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Perth commercial real estate market and local regulations.
- Current real estate license.
Base salary starting from $70,000 + attractive commission structure
