Responsibilities include:
To grow the Rent Roll by signing new managements under the guidelines and standards set by management. To develop relationships with investors and maintain an accurate database. To promote, market and develop good brand awareness of the Agency within the marketplace.
- Maintain an accurate up to date prospective Client database
- Qualify prospective Clients
- Increase prospective Client database by identifying, targeting and actioning a range of prospecting activities to meet set goals
- Follow up prospective Clients on database
- Target existing Agency Clients for conversion of business held with competitors
- Work closely with the sales team for leads and opportunities
- Attend Auction events and Open for Inspections which suit the rental market in particular. Ensure marketing material is available at these events and talk to those who attend.
- Be active in building relationships with local businesses, tradespeople and community in general
- Negotiate fees and services with prospective Clients in line with Agency standards
- Arrange promotional programs for the department in consultation with management
- Reverse market with other Divisions in the Agency
- Monitor competitors in marketplace
- Develop a presentation kit – consideration for electronic presentation
- Conduct appraisals and presentations by visiting property and record source and win/loss ratios
- Setup Clients in Trust Account software when business converted
- Preparation of new file, collection of keys, signing of documents and handover to Property
- Manager/Leasing Department
- Contact converted Landlord 1 month after management commences to identify any issues
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Current Industry standard certifications
- Reliable car/drivers licence
