Brenton brings 16 years’ industry experience to our network, including a successful sales career in Sydney’s east with BradfieldCleary and more recently the inner west of Sydney. in his most recent role as Sales Manager at Balmain’s Harris Partners, he was instrumental in boosting growth by 105% over a three-year period.
With a natural passion and talent for coaching and development, Brenton is perfectly placed to deliver high-performance training and development advice to agents across our network.

Brenton’s ability to foster high-performance comes through creating an environment of accountability, systems and processes to scale and leverage. During his extensive career he has embraced a hands-on approach to ‘the deal’ and agency management, while developing deep insight as to how agents, principals and agency staff can reach the next level of their career.
