Peter Hanscomb.

Peter Hanscomb began his Real Estate career in 1982 as a management accountant for Ray White, rising to the position of Deputy Managing Director and Group Director. He played a major part in the rollout of the Ray White franchise system.

In 1990 Peter became Chief Executive Officer of Reality Business Consulting, providing specialist advice and service to the real estate industry. In 1992 he established a development company in high-end residential subdivisions and commercial property.

In 1996 Peter became the founder and Chief Executive Officer of RE/MAX Australia, the Australian arm of the worldwide RE/MAX system, building the business to 125 offices throughout Australia, with 1500 personnel, turning over $4.2 billion annually.

From 2006 to 2007 Peter was engaged by McGrath Estate Agents as a business consultant, driving the commencement of their franchise system and building the McGrath business from 7-25 offices within the first 16 months.

In 2007 Peter became Chief Executive Officer and major shareholder of Belle Property Australia, before launching the Belle Property International and Belle Property Commercial arms of the business and acquiring the Hockingstuart and Acton Real Estate brands.

Through Peter’s extraordinary vision and astute leadership, he has built the premium network in the country operating under the Propvue Group, the holding company for all entities. From 5 offices in 2007, today the network encompasses over 180 offices - recording over 18 billion in sales last financial year with 50 thousand properties under management. Peter currently leads as CEO of the Propvue Group. His focus is on acquisitions for the group, coaching, investment trusts, finance, conveyancing, digital brands and data.
