 As Head of Property Management & Escapes, Melinda leads on property management strategy for the Belle Property, Hockingstuart and Acton brands. She is responsible for providing principals and directors with easy-to-understand reporting to give them a 360 view of both property management and sales.

Since entering the real estate industry in 1993, Melinda has assisted numerous agencies to develop appropriate property management processes, and witnessed countless changes across the profession.

Melinda’s approach to property management recognises the importance of balancing tradition with innovation, coupled with a strong commitment to delivering consistently outstanding customer service.
