Allowing you space to entertain or just relax and enjoy the views over native bushland and glimpses of the pristine waters of Jervis Bay. You will savour the serenity and ambience of the landscaped Australian native garden and variety of birdlife. Downstairs there is a spacious entertainment area and media room with a 3/4 sized pool table, the pool cues/balls are locked away in the linen cupboard and someone from Belle Property Jervis Bay will have to come down and unlock it, the cost is $50. Also a piano to play some jazz or blues if one can tickle the ivories with a second dining table and a second lounge area. Beach access is a 5 minute walk via a meandering track at the rear of the property to the stunning Nelsons Beach. Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches are a 10 minute walk along to the Reserve. The Vincentia shopping centre is 5 minutes drive from the property with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, weekly markets, a supermarket, chemist, bottle shops, newsagency and speciality shops.
