The experience has simply been great! Our starting point was a completely failed full campaign (with auction) with a previous agency. We had no extra money to spend on marketing and, most importantly, basically no hope the job could be done. This is where Patrick and Myanna came in and made the difference. First they clearly showed us how to present the property better with a much better set of pictures. The way they checked the pictures, ensuring every single detail was not left aside was incredible! Next was a great help with styling! But the best came in when they could get an unbelievable offer in 2 days after one single open home! This was (and still is) truly shocking. I definitely recommend going with them and I would do my best to promote their names across whoever wants to sell (or buy). Pier

After struggling for quite a long time to sell our property—with previous agents making promises but delivering no results—we were feeling discouraged. Then we met Patrick and Myanna. They sold our property after just one inspection, and the final sale price still surprises us in the best possible way! They are incredibly hard-working, starting early in the morning and continuing late into the evening, always hands-on and fully committed. Their professionalism truly stood out. Incidents noted: 1- (72 TanderumDr Coburg) More should be done by the property manager to push the renter to complete the necessary cleaning, instead of trying to negotiate with the renter and in a way warning the landlord to back off by taking up the incident to VCAT. The incident was related to 'Marks on window frame/skirting possibly from blind slats' noted in several windows in the exit report, the property manager has accepted such dirt/scratch marks as 'house window unwashed' noted in their entry report. This was clearly an incomplete cleaning by the renter but at the end the cost has to be absorbed by the landlord. 2- (74/632 St Kilda Rd) During the vacant perod, it is appreciated the the council rates and water bills were sent to us for direct payment as there was no incoming rent. however, these bills were not removed in Belle's account system and were paid again 7 weeks later, resulting in duplicate payments. More care and follow up should be exercised between rentals .

Georgie Haug is the most pleasant and experienced Real Estate person ever. This is the second time we have used her expertise , our last property was sold in 2014 for $1,000,000 a suburb record. Dani is so honest and knows the Thredbo market incredibly well, so her advice as a buyer, is invaluable. In saying this however, she negotiated hard, so her Vendors are probably very happy with her, and we had to pay top dollar and move quickly to secure the property. There was no messing about which is, I think, her style. A very refreshing change. I had so many last minute requests about inclusions and rental advice/ appraisals and Dani always took my calls (most of which were after hours) and got back to any of my silly questions really quickly which made for a low fuss transaction.
