Adam is an absolute legend, salt of the earth guy, honest, genuine, provides excellent customer service and really cares about you & your property and very supportive of the seller and the buyer. Great communication and I was constantly updated and felt I could ask Adam any question. I previously had dealings with him many years ago when he supported me as a small local business owner, something I never forgot. So naturally when it came to selling my house, my sanctuary for the last 19 years, it wasn't an easy and somewhat emotional decision, but I knew Adam was the right person to help me through this. How right I was. He is wonderfully supported by Jess Dignon, who ironically was a former customer of my Bookstore and and together they make a great team, both going above and beyond in the best interest of their customers. My house sold very quickly. If you want to sell or buy a house, then I would highly recommend you call Adam Dickie - he won't let you down.

Nicole has been very helpful with our property. Her realistic ballpark figure helps assures us despite the stagnant market. She was quick to contact us about potentials and filtered out offers and demands that were unrealistic. Despite challenging open days, Nicole and her colleagues at Hockingstuart have been communicative and patient with the sale. She also provided good advice and spoke her mind when an offer was received and the buyer had some interesting requests, which were not in our favour. Overall, a positive experience with Nicole and the team at Hockingstuart.

Josh was excellent! He was positive and enthusiastic about our property. He was consistently open and transparent about the market. Josh gave us great advice about styling and worked with us to reduce the costs. The whole campaign was well run and extremely professional. Josh's marketing strategy was spot on and attracted the right people.
The auction experience was nerve wracking but Josh kept us updated the whole way and the team talked us through the process.
I would highly recommend Josh and Jordan to anyone who is considering selling their property.

Selling our house with Nelson was a great experience. Polite prompt and nothing was a problem. Buying my property wasn't horrible but could have been better. I had to chase people for answers and the for progress reports. I thought communication could have been better. I would recommend Belle to others in the future

The agent was very passionate from the onset. He listened to my needs and concerns. He adapted to my communication requests i.e. in person or direct phone conversation as opposed to written digital communication. He has a passion for his work and clients and basically demanded an opportunity to prove he was capable of fulfilling my needs. Given this opportunity, the agent provided me with an offer (which I excepted) within 8 days. The property was sold 'off market' and was an easier than expected process.
